So I realized today that I haven't really let you guys know what's been going on since I was last on.

First off, yesterday was my 20th birthday, so yay me. ((bows))

Second off, it was as awesome as it was sucky. "Why," you ask? Because my father was not there to celebrate it with us. As I said in my last update (12.30.08), my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. On March 26th, 2009, he passed away from it. Since then, things have been slow going, crazy, and just downright weird. It's strange having a parent pass away. I guess it would feel different if I was older when it happened, but I wasn't. You just never think of that ever happening, you know?

Anyway, that was about it. Now I'm just trying to finish up my Associate Degree so I can transfer back to SCAD to complete my Bachelors. I'll see you guys later!

I know, I'm not back at all. I've been busy with life and not in a good way. Why? The day before Thanksgiving my father was diagnosed with a stage 4 lung cancer. So sorry for the lack of activity from me, but this part of my life will probably be spent outside of the internet for a while.

I went out today in our 52F overcast, windy weather in a t-shirt, jeans and VANS to bring in the recycle bin.

And ended up standing outside for almost 5 minutes just taking pictures of it.

....I...am such a dork.
